Rather than using a sketchy passport photograph that we were told was merely for identification purposes, it would be great to have a legitimate picture that we purposefully submitted to identify ourselves to our evaluators. Currently evaluators have our passport photo displayed on OASIS as they evaluate us and many of these pictures are close to unrecognizable. Others are just tacky. Unfortunately small things like photographs can make a big difference in how we are evaluated when grades are not well-defined in clerkship years.

That is a good point; some pictures aren't too flattering. Do you know whether Student Affairs is able to change your picture? You may be able to submit a new one. If not it's something we'd be willing to work on, since I can't imagine it's too difficult to do...
