I remember Dr. Golden explaining why the audio from the lectures wouldn't be recorded, but I have yet to attend a lecture in the course that satisfied her reasoning for prohibiting such recordings (patient confidentiality, class discussions, etc). What is going on here? For those lectures that satisfy such conditions I can understand why audio wouldn't be recorded and made available online, but for the majority of all other lectures (all to this date it would seem), I can't understand why we're being subjected to not benefiting from this learning help.
I feel that though this current policy might encourage lecture attendance, it can be detrimental to those who want to go back over information that was briefly discussed in lecture, but not as clearly explained in the notes provided or in the presentations online.
