Various schools' programs of faculty and peer advising were discussed at the regional OSR meetings. Some of the more notable things to consider implementing/discussing in relation to our own programs:

    - First & Second year faculty preceptor for students to assist with academic and specialty choice questions with the subsequent selection of a "Match Advisor" in mid third-year. (U S. Georgia)

    - Scheduled "Retreat Weekends" for student "families" (Baylor COM)

    - Promotion of Careers In Medicine website
