How did/do you like the issued text book?
What other resources do you like better?

I think the text book is fair...I would grade it a "C". It does cover a broad range of outpatient topics. However, it is in some cases not detailed enough to be helpful. Also, it seems that the material is not very helpful for the shelf exam.
